Both campuses share the same placement cell and the same set of recruiting companies. However, a few nuances are worth noting:

Same recruiters visit both campuses — Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, NVIDIA and others recruit from both
EC Campus has geographic advantage for Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and other Electronic City companies who often prefer nearby colleges for internships and PPOs
RRC alumni network provides a slight edge in referrals for product-based companies due to the larger, older alumni base
Median packages are comparable — PES University does not release separate campus-wise placement data
